The East of England Poultry Club held the first of their indoor shows recently, at Horncastle. Entries were down, probably due to the prolonged wet weather, which caused many birds to moult, which also affects their egg-laying. However, we had a good day, with a young member not only Champion, but also Best Juvenile .
